Kiya Holmes's Profile

Kiya was born and raised in a small beach town in San Diego, CA and settled in Everett, WA in July of 2016 with her fiancé and their daughter. She has been fortunate enough to work as a stay at home mother while homeschooling her 8 year old daughter, and currently volunteers for the Girl Scouts of Western Washington. 

With over a decade of experience working in fast-paced Customer Service environments she has history in H.O.A. Office Management, luxury short-term and long-term rentals as well as managing 3 offices run by a top-producing Broker in a multi-million dollar community. She held her CA Real Estate SalesPerson license as an out of state referral agent from 2019 until 2023. 

She has strong communication and organizational skills, she is efficient, proactive and works through conflict with a level head with resolutions in mind. She has a history of strong client relations and looks forward to creating similar relationships working with PdHomeGroup and HomeSmart One Realty for many years.
