Gordy began his Real Estate career in 2006 at Keller Williams. The Book: “The Millionaire Real Estate Agent” by Gary Keller, was a favorite of his. He found the business plan intriguing and consistent with what he taught as a marketing consultant. At KW Gordy learned the business of Real Estate and became a top producer there. While at Keller Williams, Gordy built a strong relationship with both Gary Keller and Mo Anderson, the CEO at Keller Williams International. Gordy has a unique ability to build relationships to help him navigate the business world.
After deciding against franchise ownership, Gordy made the jump to HomeSmart. Gordy became a Managing Broker and has continued to be a Top Producer. He is currently the managing broker and branch manager of Home Smart One Realty in King and Snohomish Counties. Gordy enjoys working with Brokers and helping them to navigate and learn the business of Real Estate in Washington State.
He is the consumate “People Person” with a flair for the Business of Real Estate. He is known as a tough negotiator with a knack for keeping deals together, where others fail. Gordy always has his Client’s best interests at heart…And they love him for it!
His Real Estate Group, Pd HomeGroup, working out of HomeSmart One Realty, is sponsoring the Edmonds School District Scholar Athlete Program in 2024. Gordy was a student athlete at Woodway high school, class of 1978, his father was a student athlete at Edmonds high and a graduate of the class of 1951.
Gordy grew up in Edmonds and loves to be a part of giving back to his community, he is thrilled to be a part of the next stage in the Student’s lives, to help them live out their passions and fully engage in, to grow in, to thrive in…and maybe even change the world we live in
